Please contact the centre on (02) 49 575 698 or email enquiries@mjlc.com.au and ask for a member of the casework team to contact you. Staff are more than happy to assist parents and carers with the application process including filling in the necessary paperwork.
If assistance is required in accessing reports from schools or specialists please let us know so that we can be of assistance.
